What's that spell?? No DNA!! That's right. That lovely DNA test that we were so excited about because it was to be performed on Friday, wasn't done. From what I know, the interview with the birthmom took place on March 19th. Then last Friday, April 19th, was the interview with the fostermom. The DNA test was supposed to take place after that interview (not sure why the birthmom was present at the interview with the fostermom, but apparently that must be the way it works) but the birthmom had to go to work and didn't have the time. So the test is supposed to take place now sometime in the next two weeks when the birthmom is supposed to take off work.

I am trying not to be agitated by this because I realize Alejandro's birthmom has to work and can't necessarily get off work whenever, but I am agitated anyway. We have been loosely discussing plans to go visit after the DNA test was completed and now we have to wait longer before we can do that. So now we wait.
