Saved From Insanity

That news about not getting the DNA test taken care of was very close to pushing us over the edge. However, just as we were teetering over into the dark side, we were saved! Into my inbox I went and found updated medical information and pictures of Alejandro! He is still a skinny little guy at 13 lbs 12 oz. I have fun comparing the differences between him and Marcus. At this point, he is longer and his head is bigger than Marcus's was but he is still weighs about 2 lbs less. Marcus was just a chunky little kid. Alejandro is growing great, is very alert, and is getting vocal. Our report said that he enjoys putting his hands in front of his eyes and watching them. So cute!

I was particularly happy to see that he was wearing one of the outfits that we sent down too. Not only was it cute to see him in something that once I had in my own hands, but it was also reassuring to know that his foster family had received our package.
