Size Matters

Marcus had his 3 year well check up yesterday and the stats are in. He is 36.5 in tall (50th percentile) and weighs 32.5 lbs (25th percentile). Because he is 3 now, he got to do all kinds of cool big kid things at the doctors office. Instead of being weighed on the baby scale, he got weighed standing up on a big kid scale. Instead of having his height measured lying down, he got to stand up. He also got his blood pressure checked for the first time.

In the past year Marcus has gained 5 lbs and grown 2.5 in. Maya's growth rate is currently surpassing Marcus's in speed. She gained 4 lbs in the past 2 weeks. Must say I am really glad Marcus doesn't grow that fast.
