Stroller Caddy

Greg and I got this fabulous stroller. We have taken it for a few spins around the neighborhood with Marcus and his stand in brother, Hopkin Blue Frog. (Yes, the neighbors stared. No, we didn't care.) I really love the stroller a lot. The front wheel pivots which makes turning a breeze and it is just easy to push. I might change my mind in a couple of years when I am pushing 60+ pounds but for now with a 23 lb boy and featherweight frog, not an issue.

The only issue is that the stroller did not come with a snack tray for the kids. Amanda was confused why this was necessary. It is just one of those things you discover when you are a mom. Snack trays on strollers are great. They are great at picnics when there just isn't a good place for a small kid to sit and eat. They are great at the zoo when there are no seats appropriate at the snack bar for small children. They are great pretty much whenever you are on the go and your kid(s) wants a snack or a place to set his/her drink and you don't want to stop.

To fix this issue, I got creative. No snack tray? No problem! I had a vision in my head of a little caddy that would strap onto the front bar. What was that bar for anyway? A roll bar? I am not that bad of a stroller pusher. Here is our naked stroller.

And here is the spiffed up stroller with the fabulously incredible and amazing stroller caddy.

It is attached by four velcro straps, making the apparatus easily removable to be washed. What about those pesky sippy cups that need a place to be stored? That is what cup holders are for!
